How It Works
Renting a trailer from Riverhill Rentals is simple. Choose your trailer, select your dates, complete your reservation online, complete our identity and insurance verification, and pick up and return your trailer on your own schedule, including a simple photo check at return.

Choose the pickup and return dates and times that work for you. Availability is shown online.

Book Online
Complete your reservation through our secure online booking system. You'll receive your reservation details and instructions.

We Verify Your Information
Before your rental, we verify your identity and your automobile insurance coverage so everything is ready for pickup.

Receive Your Access Code
About 30 minutes before your reservation begins, you'll receive a PIN code that unlocks your trailer.

Inspect Before You Leave
After unlocking the trailer, take photos of all four sides and submit them before leaving with the trailer. This documents its condition at pickup.

Use the Trailer
Load up and get your work done. The trailer is yours for the reserved rental period.

Return the Trailer
When your rental is complete, return the trailer to the designated location and lock the trailer securely.

Secure the Keys
Place the trailer keys back in the designated lockbox and make sure the trailer is locked and secured.

Submit Return Photos
Take four pictures of the trailer—one from each side—and submit the photos after returning the trailer.

What do I need to do when I return the trailer?
Lock the trailer, place the keys back in the designated lockbox, and submit four pictures of the trailer—one from each side.
